OXfield is the vision of Carlien and Bert, a couple who live just next door with their children Matteo, Charlie & James, Bob the cat, and Nala the Rhodesian Ridgeback.
They created OXfield from a shared passion for elegant spaces that inspire connection, reflection, and presence. Carlien and Bert believe that the right environment has the power to elevate moments into lasting memories—and it’s their mission to support people in creating meaningful moments that matter.
Carlien is a life guide and retreat facilitator with a deep love for Africa and its untamed beauty, known for curating soulful experiences that invite people to slow down and reconnect with themselves. Bert, a marketing and tech entrepreneur, brings his eye for design and deep appreciation for music to create spaces that feel both refined and alive.
Together, they have shaped OXfield into more than just a venue—it is a tranquil, luxurious setting where ambiance and intention come together, supporting focus, creativity, and authentic connection.

OXfield is designed to host intimate gatherings, retreats, and professional events. Due to our peaceful countryside location and close proximity to neighbors, we do not accommodate large parties or events with loud music. All events must conclude by 10 PM to ensure a serene atmosphere for everyone.

Our main spaces are designed for small, intimate gatherings. The dining table can seat up to 10 people. The coaching and workshop room comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. For overnight stays, OXfield offers 3 elegant bedrooms, each with a double bed and private walk-in shower.
